At Pisenti Chiropractic we are an out-of-network provider. Our patients pay at time of service and then upon request we provide you with a super bill that lists your diagnosis and CPT codes that you may submit to your insurance company. Because we do not bill health insurance companies, it is up to each individual to determine whether their insurance plan provides out-of-network coverage. Your first appointment which will include consultation, evaluation and treatment is $200 and treatments after that are $95.
Worker's Compensation Pisenti Chiropractic is not contracted with any MPNs (Medical Provider Networks); however with prior authorization we can take work comp patients and bill out services. Once we have authorization we will submit the bills to your work comp company and you will not have to pay at time of service. For more information please call, 707-544-5338.
